باز نشدن درایو ها

سلام
من اوبونتو 15.4 رو از روی فلش اجر می کنم (لایو نیست)مشکلی که دارم اینکه موقع باز کردن درایوهای خود هارد پیغام زیر رو می دهد کسی می دونه چطور می توان این مشکل رو حل کرد؟
