پاسخ : مشکل در نصب آفلاین vlc

وقت بخیر!
میخوام vlc رو روی یه کامپیوتر آفلاین با اوبونتو ۱۶.۰۴ lts نصب کنم و vlc رو از این آدرس دانلود کردم:

configure: error: Could not find libmad on your system: you may get it from http://www.underbit.com/products/mad/باید چی کار کنم؟ یه روز کامل تو اینترنت گشتم ولی هیچی مفیدی گیرم نیومد.
و این رو هم بگم که اون کامپیوتر به اینترنت دسترسی نداره.
